Terms and Conditions
Terms governing access to the CYBER GRID PTY. LTD. website and preliminary consultation enquiries.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website operated by CYBER GRID PTY. LTD. (ABN 33 701 214 851, registered at 204B Hall Street, Spotswood, VIC 3015) ("Cyber Grid", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Where you engage Cyber Grid to perform software development, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, testing or IT consulting services, that engagement will be governed by a written Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work ("Client Agreement"). If any inconsistency arises between these website Terms and an executed Client Agreement, the executed Client Agreement prevails.
2. Permitted Use of This Website
You may view, download and print content from this website solely for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to probe, scan, overload, scrape at abusive rates or circumvent security controls protecting this website or its hosting infrastructure;
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful or automated spam content through our enquiry forms;
- Reproduce, republish or frame substantial portions of this website’s design, graphics or original technical articles for commercial resale without prior written consent.
3. Informational Content & No Automated Advice
Articles, architectural examples, code snippets and service descriptions published on this website are provided as general technical information only. They do not constitute tailored engineering, cybersecurity, legal or compliance advice for your specific environment until we have formally scoped and reviewed your systems under a Client Agreement.
4. Proposals, Scope & Client Engagements
Any indicative estimates, timelines or architectural suggestions discussed during preliminary consultations remain subject to formal technical discovery and execution of a written Statement of Work specifying deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, intellectual property terms and commercial fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all trademarks, logos, visual designs, original copy and source code powering this website are owned by or licensed to CYBER GRID PTY. LTD. and protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.
Intellectual property ownership and licensing for custom client software deliverables are governed specifically by the applicable executed Client Agreement.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
This website may reference third-party technologies, cloud providers or external standards bodies for informational context. Reference to third-party platforms does not imply endorsement or affiliation, and we are not responsible for the availability or practices of external websites.
7. Australian Consumer Law & Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, and Cyber Grid is not liable for indirect, consequential or business-interruption loss arising solely from reliance on general website content.
